Welcome to FILTERHUB.MY. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products and related services.

By accessing FILTERHUB.MY, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the product.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, we may contact you to offer:

  • An alternative product;

  • A replacement of equivalent or greater value, subject to your agreement;

  • A revised delivery arrangement; or

  • A refund for the unavailable item.

We will not substitute a materially different product without informing you.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on FILTERHUB.MY are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of genuine errors.

Shipping fees, taxes and other applicable charges, if any, will be displayed or calculated during checkout where applicable.

6. Pricing and Listing Errors

Although we take reasonable precautions, errors may occasionally occur in pricing, descriptions, promotions or product information.

Where there is an obvious pricing, technical or listing error, we reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to correct the error and contact the customer before fulfilling the affected order.

If payment has already been made and the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of such an error, an appropriate refund will be provided.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather;

  • Remote delivery locations;

  • High-volume sales periods;

  • Customs or regulatory requirements; and

  • Other logistical disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be borne by the customer where permitted by law.

10. Receiving Your Order

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact FILTERHUB.MY promptly with:

  • Your order number;

  • Photographs of the parcel;

  • Photographs of the affected product; and

  • An unboxing video, where available.

We encourage customers to record an unboxing video, particularly for fragile, high-value or multi-item orders, as it can assist in investigating courier damage or missing-item claims.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In general, products returned due to change of mind must remain new, unused, uninstalled and in their original resaleable condition.

Water filter cartridges, membranes and other hygiene-sensitive filtration media may not be returnable once opened, installed or exposed to water, except where required by law or where a qualifying defect or supply error is established.

12. Installation and Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased are suitable for their intended application.

Water filtration products may involve specific requirements concerning:

  • Water pressure;

  • Inlet and outlet sizes;

  • Tubing dimensions;

  • Electrical requirements;

  • Water quality;

  • Installation orientation;

  • Flow rate;

  • Operating temperature; and

  • Compatibility with existing equipment.

Where professional installation is appropriate, customers should use a suitably qualified or experienced installer.

FILTERHUB.MY is not responsible for damage caused solely by incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, misuse or use outside the manufacturer's stated specifications, subject to applicable law.

13. Filter Replacement and Maintenance

Filter cartridge lifespan and replacement intervals shown on our website are generally estimates.

Actual service life may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Water consumption;

  • Incoming water quality;

  • Sediment level;

  • Chlorine concentration;

  • Water pressure;

  • Installation environment; and

  • Frequency of use.

Customers are responsible for carrying out appropriate inspection, maintenance and filter replacement according to the product's requirements.

14. Warranty

Certain products may include a manufacturer, supplier or FILTERHUB.MY warranty.

The applicable warranty period and coverage may vary between products.

Warranty claims may require inspection and troubleshooting before repair, replacement or another remedy can be determined.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, warranty coverage may exclude damage resulting from:

  • Misuse or abuse;

  • Incorrect installation;

  • Unauthorized repair or modification;

  • Accidental or physical damage;

  • Improper maintenance;

  • Unsuitable water pressure;

  • Incorrect electrical supply;

  • External environmental factors;

  • Normal wear and tear; or

  • Use contrary to product instructions.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, vouchers, discount codes, free gifts and special offers may be subject to additional terms and validity periods.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Discount codes cannot be combined where prohibited by the promotion;

  • Promotions are subject to availability; and
